Extended guide
Before you travel
The doctor will often ask to see photos before the appointment. With your agreement we pass on the photos and documents requested, through an agreed channel, and arrange an online introductory call with the medical team where needed.
Questions to ask the doctor
The doctor alone advises and recommends on medical matters. It is worth asking:
- Am I a suitable candidate, and what is the condition of the donor area?
- Which method will you choose — FUE, DHI or another — and why?
- Who will carry out each stage of the procedure?
- What should I expect in the first days, and when can I fly home?
- What are the aftercare instructions, and when should I return for a check?
What we coordinate
The whole way: e-visa, airport welcome, hotel and transfers; accompaniment to the consultation and a Hebrew interpreter; daily or every-other-day visits during recovery; a translated treatment summary; and a year of support after you return.
After you return home
Aftercare instructions come from the treating clinic. We stay in touch, pass your questions to the medical team and coordinate follow-up checks as needed — for a full year.
Answers to common worries
Questions many people ask before deciding — answered by what we actually do.
- Who is responsible for the treatment?
- Treatments are provided by independent doctors and medical institutions, and medical responsibility rests with them. The treatment agreement is between you and them. We coordinate and accompany you.
- What if something goes wrong during the stay?
- Our representative is available to you, with a Hebrew interpreter at your side. We pass questions to the medical team and coordinate further care as needed. [Eliran to complete: what happens in case of a complication — clinic policy and insurance]
- And after I return home?
- Follow-up continues with a doctor in Israel, and we stay with you for a full year after treatment: we help pass on documents and keep in touch with the clinic in Baku when questions come up.
- How will I know what I'm getting before I decide?
- You receive a written plan — institution, days in Baku, what is and isn't included, and a price range — before any decision. You decide in your own time.
